Prior to launching Reflection Advisory, Zander served as Chief Integration Officer of One Medical, a publicly traded healthcare services company. Previously, Zander served as President of Iora Health, a multi-site healthcare services company that was acquired by One Medical for $2.1 billion in 2021. As a member of the founding team, Zander spent a decade building Iora Health from concept to national scale, with over $350m in annual revenue, 50 care delivery locations, and 750+ employees.

Over the last two decades, Zander has coached and advised senior leaders across sectors and industries while building great companies. As a collegiate oarsman with international rowing and collegiate coaching experience, Zander understands how to build strong teams that can perform at the highest level. Zander has a BA in Political Science from Stanford University, an MBA from Harvard Business School, and a Certificate in Executive Coaching from William James College.
